santa isn't thin

make way for santa.

Not so long ago, i went to a shopping mall with my family.
we saw this really thin santa clause. There was no way he could be the real Santa except if that sexy Santarina in mini skirt standing beside him is watching his diet. How could Santa be skinny if he swallowed about 5 chocolate chips cookies per house, while drinking non-low-fat milk (house owners aren't that nice to prepare low fat milk for santa these days), and makes candy canes for a living?

But then I figured, grown-ups must think we're pretty stupid. So I stand around fake santa with my brother and sister and said i would love to have an atomic bomb when he asked what would we like to have. of course, he looked at me with a crazed eye. i smiled at the camera just to make dad the camera man happy. Yea. Beat that fake Santa.

i shall continue this post after i get those photos from dad. and of course there would be no santa imposter's picture here. too bad i don't like fake santa much.

anyway, to keep everyone entertained before i finally find a nice time to seriously start getting inspirations to blog, let us all enjoy something else in the meantime.

Snape finally kills Dumbledore. Voldemort wins. Following the death of Dumbledore, Lord Voldemort has completed his ascension to power. So Harry, Ron, and Hermione drop out of school so that they can find and destroy Voldemort's remaining three Horcruxes.
The Deathly Hallows will be released in two parts as everyone probably know by now. Part two is scheduled for release in 2011.

Daniel Radcliffe's stunt-double, David Holmes, was seriously injured on the set at Leavesden Studios. He was performing an aerial sequence when he fell to the ground following an explosion, which was part of the stunt, and sustained a serious back injury. Lucky us, Daniel did not attempt that stunt.

i think J.K Rowling sure have a fine taste of humour. i mean seriously, Albus Dumbledore?

In this upcoming Tim Burton feature, sweet little Alice, now 17, returns to Wonderland to find that the Red Queen has overthrown her sister. The creatures of Wonderland are ready to revolt and they are waiting for Alice to help them. With the support of the White Queen, the Mad Hatter and the Caterpillar, Alice starts seeing flashbacks of her last visit, back when she was younger. Luckly this is not the Alice in Wonderland we knew from our Disney-filled youth.





Newcomer Mia Wasikowska beat out actresses Amanda Seyfried and Lindsay Lohan for the role of Alice. We're waiting to see how her acting turns out to be.

Christmas shopping was awesome
how can you blame us for succumbing to the evil lures of shopping? (:

but hey, our Christmas shopping was not only for ourselves.

we went to the body shop and spend almost rm400 there buying gifts for her family.

we went crazy and tried on all the gorgeous smelling stuff they have. we had to come back a few times cause our nose can't take in all those nice smelling stuff at one go. haha.

anyway, i decided the nicest smelling eau de toilette must go to neroli jasmine. the harmonious 3 sets of notes makes the scent accord mysterious and enchanting (:

ruey miin bought this whole set of neroli jasmin scented gift for her mum. can't help wondering if this fragrance personality fits? sure hope it does.

had a quick lunch at shilin, and moved on for some shoe therapy.

i just had 2 pairs of new shoes in the past week tho. one from mum and the other from myself.

she managed to get herself a new pair of t bar sandals while i got nothing.
i wanted that royal blue diamante encrusted heels desperately. but finally gave up on that since i figured that i won't be wearing it anywhere.

went for my usual horrible piano lesson in the late morning. sharp on noon actually.
will i ever get through and over with grade 8? this is taking forever.

anyway, ruey miin came over at 3ish and we went to summit to catch new moon.

definitely better than twilight i say.

and Jacob finally cut off his so darn ugly and annoying-to-look-at long fake hair.

btw, Alice is still my fave character (:

went to the national science center with my family.

we passed by putrajaya and mum said that she would like to live there after daddy retire. thanks god that this is not the typical case where mummy and daddy would go live in some sort of place with no Internet service and lots of chickens after retirement.

a birthday post for my brother, not that he'll ever get to see my blog.
haha, some personal reasons.

this is my brother, turning 9 on his birthday this year.
he used to look really cute, but not now. he used to be like a angel but i can only imagine him as a monster now.

monster or not, i decided to let him tag along to the cinema as his birthday treat.

hahas. he got really very excited. and no, this is not his first time there. he have actually been to the cinemas way long before my first time there.

feeling all warm and christmasssy after watching this movie. unfortunately, my bro find this movie boring cause he don't understand it at all.

i guess that the only things he enjoyed there was eating popcorns, chipster, m&ns and drinking F&N ice cream soda and coke. blah, i really don't understand how so much food could even fit into his 9 year old small stomach.

nothing big for his birthday celebration tho, just our small family. but he was really happy and i can't help being infected by his happy mood too (: happiness is really very contagious.

i gotta say that its nice having this class for 2 years. i really appreciate all those fun and terrible (terrible as in feeling like trowing a vase at my fellow classmates) times together. maybe i'll miss them when we're not in the same class anymore next year. it really doesn't feel final even as we walk out of the gates this very last time as form 3 students.

haha. three years just slipped away so darn fast. doesn't it?

how could i live without my vincci?

hey guys, just a quick update with minimal pictures since my phone's camera is spoilt.

the pics comes out either really green or pinkish like below. and i think i know why is it spoilt. i dropped my phone on the floor a few times when i was skating a few weeks ago. i couldn't get a firm grip on my phone because the stupid skating gloves. i guess something was broken inside my phone now. my bluetooth won't even work sometimes.

took a bus myself to pyramid to hunt jobs with weiying. i shop and give moral support while weiying should be hunting for her jobs. but somehow, we ended up shopping together. so much for hunting for jobs. haha.

okay, let me start from the beginning.

i sneaked to pyramid today. because i'm not allowed to go there anymore this week cause i've been there for nearly 5 day straight in a row. and i have planes there in the near future. so yeah.

and the worst thing was i don't have the perfect shoe.
yeah. yeah. i can hear you saying 'oh there she goes..'

well really. i can't wear my favourite and comfy vincci flates since it was so darn slippery from frequent wear and neither can i wear my reebok's nor my voir's wedges since '' i'm just going to juinyi's and yangting's house''.

so that leaves me with my awful aunty looking Bata shoe which my parents insist i buy once upon a time. i think my mum is secretly making evil noises like "hehehehe" in a corner when i have to finally wear that shoe.

yes. hehehe!

walking around usj2 was not easy with that Bata shoe. its not just hideous looking, it cuts my feet and makes blisters appear on my toes. and after walking around usj 2, i have to walk around pyramid in those shoes too. haha. weiying had some shoe problem too. some duos are we today.

so i went to charles and keith and got myself a new pair of flates. weiying helped me pick the perfect pair of flates. shoe retail therapy just makes me feel so darn blissful.

okay. enough of shoe mania.



we had lunch at a korean restaurant with a tiny view of sunway lagoon. i forgot the restaurant's name. we ordered some noodles but it wasa lot like paying expensive money to eat some spicy maggie mee.

went to bonita later. i didn't know bonita sells those cute things like charms and cute hair clips and all. i always thought that bonita sells aunty stuff. guess i was wrong. haha.

yes, i walked miles and miles in that awful shoe. i walked home with wei ying since the traffic jam was gonna take way too long for me to get home. i walked home from the 3K complex to yang ting's house in usj2.

my feet was bleeding by the time i reached yangting's house. literally.

cleaned up myself at yangting's toilet and played Nintendo wii tennes with juinyi, yangting, hazel, juetheng, huilin before heading home. it was fun. i've never tried a Nintendo before. i'm so outdated in thouse techie stuff. haha.

woke up rather early today, about 5ish in the morning because of a weird dream. crazy actually.

anyway, we went to yi jiun's house after school hours with wenjing, juinyi, zhouyue, sam, teik chien, zhichao and jared to catch some scary movie together :)

2 in the morning

hey there.

i'm up in the middle of the night at 2am blogging cause i can't sleep at all. can't keep that stupid stupid smile from flashing across my mind over and over again. gahh.

anyway, i have nothing much to say about today, except sam and sam looks sweet together. lol wth. haha.

right, so i went to school today. i just felt like going to school for no particular reason. skipped librarian duty again. lets hope pn. tan won't notice my absence ;)

wenjing and i finally decided to go to our school's taman herba to watch the basketball match cause we were dead bored sitting in the hall. everyone went missing after recess.

and obviously i did not follow the trip to dominos that day. was kinda regretting it for the whole morning but in the end, i still got to eat dominos pizza. belanja-ed by our very generous jared who went to that trip. thanks ;)

sunny sun was really hot that day and after walking around taman herba and the school, my face got freaking pink. see, i get sunburn easily peasy. no problem getting tan at all.

lily allen is the new face of coco cocoon. WHAT?

it seems totally wrong to me. i mean, outrageous pink hair and lily just doesn't seem to fit in the picture of coco chanel's which evokes glamour, luxury and understated french chic.

Lily was the girl who, not so long ago lest we forget, designed a range of awful prom dresses for High Street chain New Look and teamed them with trainers and appears on stage wearing jumbo knickers over tights.

anyway, karl lagerfeld thinks that 'cool, young and extreamly witty' lily allen who looks like gabrelle chanel suits his fall-winter 09/10 new collection of sleek casual handbags. (i think simple is more like the word then sleek) and there's nothing we can do about it.

the campaign ads came out okay although her personality really don't fit coco chanel's.
(of course it looks okay, why would people at chanel trash away so much money for the photoshoots when it will come out looking ugly?)

The One Academy

hey people! just came home from an exhausting series of badminton. feels like i really need to put away that favourite book of mine and get out for some fresh air, not as if the air at badminton courts are really that fresh, but yeah.

we visited their 'mini gallery' which showcase their latest art project. its something about interior design in a box with a certain theme. fine, i admit i wasn't listening carefully. some of them are really cute and interesting and nice but the others were actually quite ordinary.

we also visited their library which smells like old dirty socks.

blah blah blah...finally the damn bus came. we got down at usj2 and stand under the rain waiting for jyesze's mum to fetch us home. what an romantic experience ;) thanks jyesze :)
